Epoxy resin (stoning epoxy) may be used in lieu of hard enamel at the option of manufacturer. Epoxy resin shall be smooth and flush with the dikes. 4
7、. Lugs shall be fabricated from gold plated wire with a nominal diameter of 0.050 inch. The outside diameter of the lugs shall be 3/16 inch + 1/64 inch. Lugs shall be hard soldered to the pendant or bar 19/32 inch + 1/64 inch on centers. As an alternate method, lugs may be cut into the working die.
8、5. Two brass balls 0.105 inch in diameter shall be soldered to the sides of the suspension bar as shown. As an alternate method, the balls may be an integral part of the suspension bar and may be cut into the contractors working die. 6. Links (jump rings) shall be fabricated from gold plated wire wi
9、th a nominal diameter of 0.050 inch. The links shall have an outside diameter of 3/16 inch + 1/32 inch - 0 inch. 7. Target shall be superimposed on the pendant and shall be secured by means of two solid brass rivets. 8. The attaching device shall be prong and clutch type. The prongs shall be located
10、 on the horizontal center line of the bar equidistant from each end and 1-5/16 inches + 1/64 inch apart. 9. A forcer may be used to bring up the design of the shield on the suspension bar.
