Each firebox assembly (Drawing 6-1-6210) shall have no visible evidence of leakage when tested as specified in 4.4.5. 3.5.2 Outside vessel section. Each outside vessel section (Drawing 6-1-6203) shall have no visible evidence of leakage when tested

The heater assembly shall be put in operation without the use of tools, except for a 7/8 inch wrench to attach the fuel lines to the drum fill assembly. without any indication of burner pulsation, flame failure or visible smke.
