They shall be arranged, on end, in 10 rows of 20 each with a fiberboard spacer between rows. A fiberboard iller shall be placed on top of the bottom layer of 200 igniters and a se
7、cond layer of 200 igniters shall be packed on top as above except the position f the ends of the igniter shall be alternated. Add additional fillers, as required, to insure tight packing. seal the box, blunt all corcers and place into a barrier bag, Type I, Class E OE Spec 1;,-8-117. Exhaust excess
8、air within bag and seal in accordance with manufacturers instructions. If required by the contract, the sealed package shall comply with the quick leak test of Spec MIL-P-116. “ * 5.2.2: Add paragraph as follows: “5.2.2 Level C. Twelve boxes (total 4800 Igniters), packaged and sealed as cited in 5.1
9、.2, shall be packed in an overseas class (waterproof), fiberboard box meeting the requirements of code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 49, Parts 100-199. Fillers shall be added around and on top of the inner boxes to insure tight packing. The box shall be securely sealed to meet the requirements
