Equipment for Turbidimetric techniuue: (i) Turbidimeter (Hach Chemical Model 2100A or equivalent). (2) Reagents: Scdium Chloride Solution (5 ,fig/ml) Silver Nitrate Solution (5%) Ni

16、tric Acid (concentrated) b. Procedure for turbidimetric method: (1) Make up standard halcgen solutions as follows: Place O, 1, 2 and 3 ml of 5,4g/ml sodium chloride solution respectively into four 50 ml flasks, each of which contains 1 ml of concentrated “O3 and 1 rr.1 of 5% AgN03. mark with water,

17、shake well, let them age in a dark place for 10 minutes, and measure turbidity. Plot a standard curve of halogen concentration against turbidity. ml of water. (3) Carrier gas: Helium at 60 ml/min. 14) Injection temperature: 29OoC. (5) Sample size: 1 ,411. c. Procedure: !i) Inject 1 ,t.l of electrolyte. fi) Compare t

23、he peak area with the known standards for uuantitative analysis, and identify any unknown peaks. Equipment: (i) Gas chromatograph (Hewlett-Packard 5840A or eauivalent) . E

Procedure: (1) Distill approximately 1.5 ml cf electrolyte to separate the volatile components from the non-volatile

26、 components. (2) Inject 1 ,kl of distilled volatile component.
