All components of the mechanism shall conform to the specifications and drawings listed on Drawing DL6-15-85 and subsidiary drawings, 3.2 Assembly, The valve replacement mechanism shall be assembled as spec- fied on Drawing 06=15-85. 3.3 Functioning, The valve replacement mechanism shall
4、function properly by replacing a valve under actual operating conditions when tested as specified in 4.2.4, 3.4 Workmanship, The mechanism shall be free from foreign matter (oil or grease) and damage such as dents, cracks or deformation.which could affect its use, 4, QUALITY ASSURANGE PROVISIONS 4.1
5、 Responsibility for inspection, 4,l , 1 Suppliers responsibility. Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspec- tion requirements as specified herein, Except as otherwise specified, the suppl ier may utilize his own facil
6、ities or any commercial laboratory acceptable to the Government, The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. 4.1,2 Obiective evidence

A lot shall consist of the valve replacement mechanism produced by one manufacturer, from the same materials, and under essentially the same manufacturing conditions, 4.2.2
9、 Sampling. Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with MIL-STD-105. 4,2,3 Inspection. 4.2.3.1 For examination and nondestructive test.
