REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material.-Materials shall be in accordance wfth 3.2 Parts,-The parts shall comply with all requirements applfcable drawings and speefficatfons. specffied on Drawings (dwgs.) 8838012, 8838015, 8838082, and 8838089 as applicable and with all requirements

7、 specified in applicable specffications. 3.3 Hydrostatic test.-The bo8 tubing shall withstand the applcation of the mfnfmum (mny hydrostatic pressure without rupturng, leaking, or permanent deformation beyond dwg. requfrements when tested as specfffed in 4.4.1. Workmanshp.-All parts shall be fabrica

8、ted and ffnished fn a thorough workmanlike manner.? They shall be free of burrs, chips, grease, rust, corrosion products and other foreign matter. 10、rements as specl%ied herein. Except as otherwise specified, the suppler may utilize his own facilities or any commercial laboratory acceptable to the Government. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification whePe such fnspections are deemed neces

11、sary to assure supplies and swvfces eonform to pmscribed requirements, Reference shall be made to Standard MILSTD-109 in order to define terms used herein. The provfalons of Specification MILA-2550 shall apply, 4,l.l Submission of pkoduct.-At the time the completed lot of ppoduct is submitted to the

12、 Government for acceptance the conkractop shall supply the following information accompanied by a certificats which attests that the information provided is eorPect and applieable to the product being submitted: a. A statement that the lot complies with all of the qualty assurance provisions specifi

13、ed within this specification. b. Number of units of product inspected. C. Results obtained, by defect code, for all inspection performed . d. Drawing, specification number and date, together with an Identification and dato of changea, e., Certificates of complfance on all material purchased by the c

Wen an Inspection equipment list references mandatory Army designa, the contractor shall comply wlth, and use these designs accordingly.
