16、bstitute: 4.12 Production Reliability Testing Production reliability testing shall be conducted as a sequential acceptance test in accordance with Test Plan XXID of MIL-HDBK-781, using an Upper Test MTBF of 7500 hours. Paragraph 4.12.2 Delete and substitute: 4.12.2 Equipment Quantity. A minimum of t
17、en (10) equipments shall be selected from each production lot for each reliability acceptance test. More than (15) equipments shall not be used at any one time for reliability acceptance test. A production lot is defined as two months production, unless otherwise specified in the contract. Paragraph
