11、-70499 (AR) 3.2 Components and assemblies. The components and assemblies shall comply with all requirements specified on Drawing 11834203 and associated drawings, MIL-W-63150, and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications and standards. 3.3 Electronic performance characteristics.
12、3.3.1 Performance. The Power Module Assembly shall have the performance characteristics specified herein. 3.3.1.1 Electrical. The Power Module Assembly shall operate from a nominal 28 volts DC supply and provide outputs of 28 volts DC and 115 volts AC at 400 Hertz. 3.3.1.1.1 Input voltaqe. The Power
13、 Module Assembly shall operate with 24 through 30 volts DC applied to Terminals A (Positive) and B (Return) of plug P1. Terminal C shall be connected to ground. 3.3.1.1.2 Input current. The input current through circuit breaker CB1 to the power supply module shall not exceed 10 amps. 3.3.1.1.3 Input
14、 transient protection. The unit shall be able to withstand a transient surge voltage in accordance with MIL-STD- 704A, Figure 9, Limit 1 (80VDC for 0.1 seconds). 3.3.1.1.4 Output voltages. The voltage across Terminals A and B of Receptacle J1 shall be equal to the input voltage within 0.5 volts. The
15、 voltage across Terminals A and B of Receptacle J2 shall be adjustable within the range 108 to 122 VAC. The ouput voltage shall be adjusted by turning the screw on the top of the power supply module case. 3.3.1.1.5 Output currents. - The DC output current shall be protected by a 10 amp curcuit break
16、er, The AC output shall be capable of supplying up to 1.044 amps continuously at rated output voltage. 3.3.1.1.6 Output frequency. The AC output shall have the form of a sine wave of 400 Hertz + 1 percent. There shall be a maximum of 4 percent harmonic distortion into a resistive load. 4 3.3.1.1.7 S
17、hort circuit protection. The power supply shall be protected against a short circuit condition on the AC output of any duration. The unit must be recycled to restore output. 3.3.1.1.8 Load transient recovery time. The AC output voltage shall return to regulation limits within 5 cycles for a change f

The Power Module Assembly shall be fabricated and assembled in accordance with the associated drawing
19、s, parts lists and other documents listed on Drawing 11834203. 3.5 Environmental requirements. 3.5.1 Operating temperature. The unit shall be operable in the range of -65OF (-54OC) to +212OF (+lOOC). 3.5.2 Environments. Shall meet the environmental reouirements of MIL-STD-810 for altitude, vibration
20、, shock, acceleration, sand, dust, humidity, salt-spray, fungus, and explosive atmosphere. technical provisions for first article inspection. 21、all be fabricated in a thorough, workmanlike manner, and all manufacturing, processing, and assembly operations shall be correctly performed. The parts shall not exhibit faulty material and processing such as seams, laps, laminations, cracks, visible steps, sharp edges, nicks, scratches, burrs, defo
22、rmations, unblended radii, chips, dents, rust, dirt, grease and oil (except where specifically required), corrosion products, flux, other foreign matter, and missing operations which may affect serviceability, operation, or safety. The cleaning agents shall not be injurious to any part or assembly.
23、Exterior surface coatings shall be continuous; however, a few light scratches not exposing base material may be permitted. and stamping shall be neat and sharply defined. shall be dry. minimum length or depth as required on the applicable drawing. Cable assemblies and wires shall be neatly dressed a

Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-W-63150 shall apply and are hereby m
28、ade a part of this detail specification. 4.2 Certification of provisions. The certification provisions of MIL-W-63150 shall apply. 4.3 Classification of inspection. The following types of inspection shall be conducted on this item. a. First Article Inspection. b. Quality Conformance Inspection. 4.4
29、First article inspection. 4.4.1 Submission. The contractor shall submit a first article sample as designated by the Contracting Officer for evaluation in accordance with provisions of 4.4.2. If any assembly, component or test specimen fails to comply with any of the applicable requirements, the first article sample shall be rejected. The Government reserves the right to terminat
33、e its inspection upon any failure of any assembly, component, or test specimen in the sample that fails to comply with any of the stated requirements. 4.5 Quality conformance inspection. 4.5.1 Lot formation. The term “inspection lot“ is defined as a homogeneous collection of units of product from wh
34、ich a representative sample is drawn or which is inspected 100 percent to determine conformance with applicable requirements. Units of product selected for inspection shall represent only the inspection lot from which drawn and presented for inspection. Homogeneity shall be considered to exist provi
35、ded the inspection lot has been produced by one manufacturer in one unchanged process, using the same materials and methods, in accordance with the same drawings, same drawing revisions, same specifications and same specification revisions and complies with the provisions for submission of product a
36、s specified in MIL-STD-105. 46、3 Testing. Testing is described in the first article and quality conformance inspection tables. 4.5.4 Inspection equipment. The inspection equipment required to perform the inspections and tests prescribed in this specification is identified in the “Paragraph Reference/Inspection column in the. tabl
47、es, starting with paragrphs 4.5.2.1 and test methods paragraph (see 4.6). The contractor shall submit for approval inspection equipment designs in accordance with the terms of the contract. See MIL-W-63150 and 6.3 herein. 4.6 Inspection methods and procedures. Any unit which fails to comply with the
48、 specified requirements or evidences degradation of its operational performance shall be classed defective. Test equipment and procedures shall be satisfactory to the contracting officer (see 4,5.4). 4.6.1 Materials, components and processess. Compliance with these requirements shall be ascertained by current and continuing examination of inspection and test data to determine that all components (parts, subassemblies, and materials) have been inspected and tested and found to comply with their respective drawing and specification requirements, and tha
