The ramp shall have a rated load capacity of 12,000 pounds. 3

The ramp shall be capable of withstanding the stresses induced by loads of 200 percent of rated capacity without permanent defor- mation or indications of material or workmanship defects when tested as specified in 4.5.2.3. 3.8 Workmanship.
