13、pections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to prescribed requirements. 4.2 Inspection provisions 4.2.1 Lot formation. Unless otherwise specified, a lot shall con- sist of one type or kind of target equipment manufactured or packaged under essentially the same conditions. 4
14、.2.2 Materials. The Government shall be furnished certification by the contractor that materials used in the manufacture and packaging of target equipment conform to the applicable material specification and drawing requirements. 4.2.3 Sampling. 4.2.3.1 For examination. Sampling for examination of t
15、arget equip- ment shall be in accordance with level & of MIL-STD-105. 4.2.3.2 For mildew-resistance test. Sampling for mildew-resistance test of flags and streamers shall be in accordance with level S1 of MIL-STD-105. 4.2.3.3 For packaging and packing. Sampling for packaging and pack- ing of target
16、equipment shall be in accordance with MIL-P-14232. 4.2.3 Examination. 4.2.4.1 Parget equipment. Each unit of the sample shall be examined for all the characteristics listed under the applicable portion in the classification of defects of 4.2.4,3. 4.2.4.2 Packaging and packing. &amination of packagin
