Paragraph 3.7: Delete and substitute: “3.7 Sealing and Purga. 3.7.1 Sealing.- The telescope shall be capable of sustaining an internal pressure of 5.0 k 0.1 PS1 for a period of 2 hours without loss of pressure in excess pf 0.2 PS1. 3.7.
