7、equire- ments specified on Drawing (dwg.) 9280143 and with all require- ments specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 Control Panel, Test Cable 3.3.1 Continuity. - The maximum resistance between all wired corresponding pins on the connectors shall be one hundred (100) milliohms. 3.3.2 Insulation
8、 Resistance. - The maximum leakage current between all pins and the shell shall be two (2) microamperes when measured at five hundred plus fifty (500 + 50) volts direct current (V.D.C.) for a minimum time of ten (10) seconds. 3.4 Bench Power Cord 3.4.1 Continuity. - The maximum resistance between th

10、ured at five hundred plus fifty (500 + 50) V.D.C., for a minimum time of ten (10) seconds. 3.5 Input Power Circuit Functioning. - The “EXTERNAL POWER“ pilot light shall lightup when twenty eight plus or minus one volt direct current (28.0 + 1.0 V.D.C.) is applied to connector !EXTERNAL POIJER“ (J3)
11、with-the “EXTERNAL POWER“ (S1) switch in the “QN1 position. The plus twenty eight (+28) V.D.C. shall be applied to pin number riAr of 53 and the input ground shall be connected to pin number “Btl of J3. This twenty eight (28) V.D.C. input shall be present within one tenth (0.1) V.D.C. at the “PANEL
12、TEST“ (J4) Socket between pins ID and MI1, “K and M“ and “N and MIt. Pin “M“ shall be the ground reference. 3.6 “EXTERNAL POWER“ Pilot Light Manual Functioning. - The “EXTERNAL POWER pilot light shall function after twenty eight plus or minus one (28.0 2 1.0) V.D.C. is applied as in 3.5 to connector

They shall be free of burrs, chips, sharp edges, cracks, u

The cleaning agent or method used shall not be injurious to any part, nor shall
36、the part be contaminated by the cleaning agents. All required markings shall be neat, legible and sharply defined. 3.21 Submission of Results of Contractor-conducted Examinations and Tests. - The contractor shall forward copies of the results as required by the contract. Results shall be submitted w
37、ithin thirty (30) days at the completion of each lot tested (see 6.4). 3.22 First Article Inspection. - This specification makes provisions for first article inspection. Requirement for the sub- mission of first article samples by the contractor shall be as specified in the contract, 4. QUALITY ASSU
38、RANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for Inspection.-Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for khe performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract or order, the supplier may use his own o
39、r any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection re- quirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Govern- ment. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supp
40、lies and ser- vices conform to prescribed requirements. Reference shall be made to MIL-STD-109 Go define terms used herein. The provi- sions of MIL-A-2550 shall apply. 4.1.1 Submission of Product.-At the time each completed lot of items deliverable under the contract is submitted to the Government f
41、or acceptance, the contractor shall supply the fol- lowing information accompanied by a certificate which attests that the information provided is correct and applicable to the product being submitted. a. A statement that the lot complies with all of the quality assurance provisions specified in thi
42、s specification. b. Drawing and specification number and date, together with identification and date of changes thereto. c. A statement that all material purchased by the con- tractor meets requirements, when such material is controlled by Government or commercial specifications referenced in any of

44、submitted. The certificate shall be signed by a responsible agent of the certifying organi zat ion. The Fni t ia1 certificat e submit te d shall be substantiated by evidence of the agents authority to bind his principal. Substantiation of the agents authority will not be required with subsequent cer
45、tificates unless, dur- ing the course of the contract, this authority is vested in another agent of the certifying organization. 4.2 First Article Inspection 4.2.1 Submission.-Prior to the start of regular production the contractor shall submit a first article sample (see 6.1) to a Government; appro
46、ved facility as designated by the contracting officer for evaluation in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.2 and 4.2.3. The first article sample shall consist of five (5) sets of parts and five (5) complete test set assemblies which have been produced by the contractor or furnished by a supplier
47、and which have been manufactured using the same production processes, pro- cedures and equipment which will be used in fulfilling the contract. All parts and materials including packaging and packing shall be obtained from the same source of supply as will be used in regular production. Prior to sub
48、mission, the contractor shall inspect the sample to the degree necessary to assure that it conforms to the requirements of the contract and submit a record of this inspection with the sample, including a certificate of conformance for materials. A sample containing known defects will not be submitte
49、d unless specifi- cally authorized by the Contracting Officer. A first article sample, or portion thereof, as directed by the Contracting Officer, shall also be submitted whenever there is a lapse in production for a period in excess of 90 days or whenever a change occurs in manufacturing process, material used, drawing or spec- ification such as to significantly affect product uniformity as determined by the Government. 4.
