20、4.4.3.1 Functioning. - Major Defect - Each M91 Test Set shall be subjected to this test. The test shall be performed as specified in 4.5.1 using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4. If any unit fails to comply with the applicable requirements, it shall be classified defective and removed from the lot
21、, 4.4.3.2 Helicopter vibration. - Major Defect - Each M91 Test Set submitted for first article testing: shall be subiected to this test. using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4. to comply with the applicable requirements, the first article sample sha21 be rejected. The test shall be performed as sp
22、ecified i6 4.5.2 If any unit fails 4.4.3.3 Transportation vibration. - Major Defect - Each M91 Test Set submitted for first article testing shall be sub- jected to this test. The test shall be performed as specified in 4.5.3 using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4, ails to comply with the applicabl
23、e requirements, the first article sample shall be rejected. M92 Test Set submitted for first article testing shall be sub- jected to this test. The test shall be performed as specified in 4,5,4 using equipment in accordance with 4.4.4. fails to comply with the applicable requirements, the f irst art
24、icle sample shall be rejected. 4.4.3,5 Improper soldering. - Major Defect - Each M91 Test Set: shall be inspected for improper soldering in accor- dance with MIL-S-45743 or MIL-S-46844 as applicable. If any wiring or printed circuit board assembly fails to comply with the requirements, the unit shal

Following this test examine each M91 Test Set for evidence of damage and submit each item to the procedure of 4.5.1. the applicable requiremetns shall be rejected. 4.5.2 Helicopter vibration. - Using equ
