The dimensions and tolerances shall conform with the
14、 values shown in figure 1 and table 1, prior to application of dry film lubricant. 3.2 Surface roughness See figure I, unless other values of referenced design standards are specified. 3.3 Material See EN 331 4. 3.4 Surface treatment Lubrication: see EN 2491, on threads and sealing faces. NOTE: Unti
15、l EN 2491 is published, the lubricant may be applied using MIL-L-46010B. Abrasive blasting shall be carried out using aluminium oxide within the grade 90-220 mesh at a pressure of 480 kPa max. for a time to give a clean surface and then rinsed in clean cold water.
