Chemical Composition5.1 The material shall conform to the chemical composition requirements specified in Table 1 for the Copper Alloy UNS No.designation specified in the ordering information.

Limits may be established and analysis requiredfor unnamed elements by agreement between the manufacturer or supplier, and purchaser.5.3 For copper alloys in which zinc is listed as the “remainder,” either copper or zinc ma
23、y be taken as the difference betweenthe sum of results of all other elements determined and 100 %. 36、e the ranges of Table 4 shall not be cause for rejection if the tensile property requirementsof Tables 2 and 3 are met.7.1.2 Tensile Strength RequirementsThe product shall conform with the requirements of Tables 2 and 3, when tested inaccordance with Test Methods E8 and E8M. . Whenever tensile test
37、results are obtained from both full-size and from machinedtest specimens and they differ, the results obtained from full-size test specimens shall be used to determine conformance to therequirements of this specification.8.
