Scope1.1 This specification covers nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-tungsten alloy UNS N06920 in the form of

3、rolledplate, sheet, and strip for general corrosion service.1.2 The following products are covered under this specifi-cation:1.2.1 Sheet and StripHot or cold rolled, annealed anddescaled unless solution-annealing is performed in an atmo-sphere yielding a bright finish; and1.2.2 PlateHot rolled, solu

4、tion-annealed, and descaled.1.3 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas the standard. Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements7.1 Tensile PropertiesThe material shall conform to theroom temperature tensile properties prescribed in Tab

Dimensions, Mass, and Permissible Variations8.1 For the purposes of calculating the weight of thematerial covered by this specification, a density of 0.303lb/in.3(8.39 g/cm3) shall be used.8.2 Thickness:8.2.1 PlateThe permissible variations in thickness ofplate shall be as prescribed in Spec

16、ification B 906 Table A2.1and Table 3.8.2.2 Sheet and StripThe permissible variations in thick-ness of sheet and strip shall be as prescribed in SpecificationB 906 Table A2.2. The thickness shall be measured with themicrometer spindle38 in. (9.525 mm) or more from any edgefor material 1 in. (25.4 mm

(3.175 mm) over

19、 thespecified length shall be permitted, with a 0 minus tolerance.8.5 Straightness:8.5.1 The edgewise curvature (depth of chord) of flat sheet,strip, and plate shall not exceed the product of 0.05 in.multiplied by the length in feet (0.04 mm multiplied by thelength in centimetres).8.5.2 Straightness

20、 for coiled strip is subject to agreementbetween the manufacturer and the purchaser.8.6 Squareness (Sheet)For sheets of all thicknesses andwidths of 6 in. The markings shall have no deleteriouseffect on the material or its performance and shall be suffi-ciently stable to withstand normal handling.9.2 Each bundle or shipping container shall be marked withthis specification number; the size; gross, tare, and net weight;cons
