Writing an essential functions section is the main part in writing a job position description. This section should cover everything the person woul

12、d perform in day-to-day operations. According to P, “essential functions“ are tasks that make up more than five percent of an employees daily schedule. When writing this information, list the functions in order of importance. And also, creating a job qualification section is also needed, including r

13、equirements such as education background, experience, technical skills and licensing. In this section, you also can list skills that are desirable but not mandatory.
