By finding out the cause, we can eliminate peoples speculation and doubt and put the loss to the minimum. The last important factor you should consider

10、 is your attitude, namely whether you are honest and sincere. This is an effective channel to remedy companys image and ask for customers forgiveness. B Plan a project; what is important when planning a project When planning a project, the first and foremost thing you should do is introducing the pr

11、oject. If your staff understand you intention, they may come up with good ideas for the plan, so you can make a more comprehensive and feasible plan. Secondly, we should provide procedures of the project. In this way, employees can be spurred to well prepare for the project with the hope of harvesti

12、ng the benefits. But dont forget to keep your promises when all the tasks are done. Thirdly, we must bear in mind that there are always some problems we will encounter. I think we should always consider first the cheapest ways of getting around, that is, train and bus, and plan in advance to pay less for the air fare when we have to travel by plane. Generally, the cheaper the air fare, the less flexible it is. The cheape

21、st fares dont allow you to make any changes to your booking. So we can save money by planning ahead and using a less flexible ticket. A: I see what you mean. Besides that, accomodation is also a major expense. The company should encourage the staff to stay in normal hotels instead of expensive hotel

22、s and always ask for a discount. B: I agree with you. Also, when it comes to local transport, employees should be advised not to chooose convenience over cost-effectiveness. For instance, a taxi is much less expensive than a chauffeured car. To make this effective, we can offer some incentive reward to those who save costs in their travel for instance, if the destination is an attractive one, we can allow our employees to stay one more night at leisure when it is weekend.
