SWQT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors that could a

14、ffect your position in the marketplace, such as plentiful natural features or a lack of banquet halls. Opportunities and threats represent extemal forces that affect your marketing capabilities. Thirdly, create a community or area profile. Make a master list of the features your area offers includin

15、g lodging, restaurants, retail shops, attractions, parks, water features and other amenities that will appeal to travelers. Fourthly, identify your target markets. Survey your visitors to determine who they are and what they like to do. Ask for demographic information that will help you purchase the

16、 appropriate media in the right markets, such as gender, age, income and hometown. Create market segments based on targeted characteristics, for instance, families living in a nearby city who take day trips to your area or retired couples from a neighbouring state who visit your community annually.

25、en is largely expected to provide for him/herself, there will be a sustained disgruntlement with “ overly keen“ Goliaths like Goldman. It is universal. Lets face it, participants in the derivatives, like Goldman and many others, do provide liquidity in the system. They pump a lot of liquid (cash) in

26、 the piping, which eventually works for the private pensions. Man: Im sure its nothing about his pride, he may not think he is having a lousy public image. Oprah is a billionaire with a fortune estimated by Forbes magazine at $2.4bn. So she might have some empathy for the circles in which Blank move

27、s. Sadly though, Goldmans chief spokesman, Lucas van Praag, has put the kibosh on the idea. In an email, he tells me. “We have great respect for Oprahs programme, but no plans to have Lloyd (or anyone else) appear on it. “ Van Praag accepts that as an institutional firm with no retail clients, Goldm

28、an has a challenge in getting its message across to the general public-its image is largely shaped by news reports. Lloyd Blank, chairman and CEO of Goldman Cashs, is expected to put $5bn in the compensation pool for the banks staff. Telling their story to a broader audience has considerable attract
