Scope1.1 The ethane thermophysical property tables are for use inthe calculation of the pressure-volume-temperature (PVT),thermodynam
3、ic, and transport properties of ethane for processdesign and operations. Tables are provided for gaseous andliquid ethane at temperatures between 90 and 600K at pres-sures to 70 MPa. These tables were developed by the NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology (formerly the NationalBureau of Stan

Sponsorship2.1 The preparation of the tables and supporting work wasdone by the National Institute
5、 of Standards and Technology(NIST) under the sponsorship of the Gas Research Institute, theAmerican Gas Association, and the Standard Reference DataProgram of NIST.3. Applicability3.1 These tables apply directly only to pure gaseous andliquid ethane. However, it is expected that they will findsubsta

Tables4.1 These thermophysical property tables2are:4.1.1 Thermophysical Properties of Coexisting Gaseous andLiquid Ethane, in SI units (Table in Appendix F, pp. 642643).3
7、4.1.2 Thermophysical Properties of Ethane, along isobars,in SI units (Table in Appendix F, pp. 645684).34.2 These tables were produced by equations from a com-puter package, “NIST Thermophysical Properties of FluidsDatabase 12” (also designated MIPROPS) of the StandardReference Data Program of NIST.
8、4A wide selection of units(SI units, engineering units, chemical units) is available withthis program.5.
