Scope1.1 This specification covers purified terephthalic acid(PTA) for use in the manufacturing of polymers. Someexamples include the production of polyesters

3、for fiber,filament, yarn, film, coating, bottle and resin applications.1.2 The following applies to all specified limits in thisspecification: for purposes of determining conformance withthis specification, an observed value or a calculated value shallbe rounded off to the nearest unit in the last r

4、ight-hand digitused in expressing the specification limit, in accordance withthe rounding-off method of Practice E29.1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandard.
