Then,voltageof2500Vr.m.s.atbetween40Hzand60Hzfrequencyshallbeappliedfor1minbetweenthe electrodes. 5.4 Requirements Atthecompletionoftheapplicationofthevoltagebetween200Vd.c.and500Vd.c.theresistancebetween theelectrodesshallbemeasured. Thesurfaceresistan
23、ceshallbecalculatedbymultiplyingthemeasuredvaluesinmegohmsbythediameter ofthespecimeninmm. Aftertheapplicationofthesecondvoltage(2500V),thereshallbenosparkbreakdown,nosmoke,nosign ofburning,nocracking,etc. Afterwaitingforaperiodof15minto20min,thesurfaceresistanceshallbemeasuredagainandthevalue obtai
