主管领班岗位职责通过对下属的督导,培训及安排和对清洁用品的合理使用来达到服务水准,通过对植物的培育和布置的管理,给宾客一个赏心悦目的环境,具体职责有:1检查各公区领班是否督导下属员工工作,达到应有的清洁保养效果。2巡查各区域花草树木及绿化设施,负责制定绿化期养护工作计划,掌握计划的执行的情况,确保工作质量和进度,保证绿化系统的良好动作。3督导各区域领班的管理工作,制定各项清洁设备的管理使用和保养计划,定时检查客用品的使用控制情况。4制定和编排公共区域大清洁工作计划、防疫(杀虫) 、工作计划和人力安排计划。5负责员工的业务培训和纪律教育,确保员工的言谈举止、服务质量符合饭店的标准。6负责员工的排班、考勤和休假审核,根据客情需要及员工特点安排日常工作,调查日常工作发生的问题,做好重大节日、重要会议、宴会和贵宾到访之前的布置检查工作,做好与各有关部门的沟通和协调工作。7完成上级布置的其他工作。
