Atleastsixtestspecimens,whichareconsideredrepresentativeofthebodyofstonebeingtestedshallbe selected.EN14147:2003(E) 6 6.2 Dimensionsoftestspecimens Cubesof(50+1)mmsidesshallbeprepared. 6.3Washing Allloosematerialshallbewashedfromthesurfaceofthespecimenusingdeionisedwater. 6.4Drying Thespecimensed
27、gesaremarkedwithapermanentmarkerpenforeasiervisualobservationoflossofmaterial andthenthespecimensaredriedatatemperatureof(705) Ctoconstantmass.Thisisassumedtohavebeen attainedwhenthedifferencebetweentwoweighingsatanintervalof(242)hisnotgreaterthan0,1%ofthefirst ofthesetwomasses. 28、ltoroomtemperatureandweighed.Theweightofthedryspecimenistheinitialvalue M 0 . 7 TestProcedure Beforeusingthechamberperformapreliminarysetuptest,placingthetwofogcollectorsintothechamber(oneof themnearthenozzles,theotheronefarfromthem)andsprayingthesaltsolutionforatleast16hours.Attheend verifythateach
29、collectorhascollected(1,0to2,0)mlofsolutionperhour. Placethedryspecimensintothechamberovernoncorrosivesupports(glass,plasticetc.),eachoneapartfromthe othersandinsuchconditionsastobesubjectonlytosaltfog(avoiddirectsprayingordropfallingzones). Thenexposethespecimenstosaltfogfor4hours 15minutes.switcho
30、ffthesaltsprayingsystemanddrythe specimensinthechamberfor8hours 15minutes.Thisconstitutesonecycle. Duringthecycle,thetemperatureofthechamberismaintainedat(35 5) C. Thetestconsistsof60cycles,althoughitcanbeconcludedearlierif,byvisualinspection,atleasttwoofthe specimenscrackordisintegratecompletely. E
31、very15cycles,thespecimensaretakenfromthechamberforavisualinspection. Attheendofthetest,thespecimensarecarefullyremovedfromthechamberandimmersedindeionisedwaterso thatallthedepositedsaltscanberemoved.Thevolumeoftherinsingwaterinthecontainershallbecomprised betweentwoandthreetimesthetotalvolumeofthesp
32、ecimens. Thisprocessisveryslow,andthewatermustbechangedeverydayuntiltheremovalofthesaltiscomplete. Removalisconsideredcompletewhentheconductivityofthesolutionincontactwiththespecimensdoesnot exceedtwicethecharacteristicvalueoftheoriginalwater. Afterthis,thespecimensaredriedatatemperatureof(705) Ctoc
