It is identical with IEC244-5:1992, published by the Internat

7、ional Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and is part of a series describing the recommended methods of measurement for assessing the performance of radio transmitters. This Part of BS EN60244 describes the methods of measurement for assessing the performance characteristics of television transmitters

8、 and is intended to be used for type tests and acceptance or factory tests. For ease of reproduction, on some of the figures the French text has been retained. Other Parts of BS EN60244 published to date are as follows: Part10:1993, Methods of measurement for television transmitters and transposers

22、-5:1994 BSI 01-2000 2 Foreword The CENELEC questionnaire procedure, performed for finding out whether or not the International Standard IEC244-5:1992 could be accepted without textual changes, has shown that no common modifications were necessary for acceptance as a European Standard. The reference

23、document was submitted to the CENELEC members for formal vote and was approved by CENELEC as EN60244-5 on8December1993. This European Standard replaces HD236.5S4:1979. The following dates were fixed: Annexes designated “normative” are part of the body of the standard. In this standard Annex A, Annex

24、 B and Annex ZA are normative.
