2、SACE Activities List. 2. ADolicabilitv. This regulation is applicable to all Field Operating Activities (FOA) presently listed in the above document. 3. Resaonsibilities. a. Commanders FOA will submit ENG Form 3981-R,.Data for USACE Activities List, App A, semiannually to reach CDR USACE (CEIM-S), W
3、ashington, D.C. 20314-.1000, by the 8th working day in January and July. Information must be current on the 1st day of the reporting month. Reports will not be delayed due to lack of information. Available information will be furnished immediately by submission of separate ENG Form 3981-R. b. Direct
4、orate of Information Management will: (1) Maintain a master file of data submitted in accordance with this regulation. (2) Compile and publish the activities list. 4. ENG Form 3981-R.
