Details of the inner

13、 design are not standardized. Bearings with reinforced ball sets are still frequently available with filling slots. Basic type bearings without seals and shields can have recesses at the side. 22、 3 3228 rsSingle chamfer dimension aBearing width differs from general plan given in DIN 616 . 4 Material Balls and rings shall be made from ball and roller bearing steels as in DIN EN ISO 683-17. The material of the cage shall be at the manufacturers discretion or subject to agreement, with due con

23、sideration being given to DIN 623-1. 5 Design The following types of double row angular contact ball bearings are available: a) Basic type (see Figures 1 to 3); b) Ball bearings with shields or seals: 1) shields (non-contact seals); 2Z (see Figure 4); 2) seals (contacting seals); 2RS (see Figure 5).

24、 Basic type bearings may be designed with or without filling slots. The contact angle shall be between 25 and 35 at the manufacturers discretion. Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, the bearing manufacturer may supply the bearings with recesses to accommodate seals or shields. The type of l

25、ubrication of bearings with shields or seals shall be at the manufacturers discretion. Tolerances shall be as specified in DIN 620-2. Chamfer dimensions: Maximum values as specified in DIN 620-6. Gauging methods for dimensional and running tolerances shall be as specified in DIN 620-1. 7 DIN 628-3:2

26、008-02 Axial internal clearance shall be as specified in Table 2. The cage design shall be at the manufacturers discretion or subject to agreement, with due consideration being given to DIN 623-1. Mass: Because cage design and cage material vary depending on the manufacturer, no information on mass
