To this end it must take account of the humidity and temperature conditions and also the handling to which it will be subjected during transport, in intermediate storage depots and at the customers. date of manufacture (in clear or year + week numbe
、r or year + day number) The manufacturer must specify if the pallets may be stacked and if so, to what height. 4.3 Storage Textile glass yams must be stored under cover. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or to a heat source or to all forms of exterior pressure. The glass yarns retain their propertie
、s for a long time when stored at a temperature between 15 “C and 30 OC and a relative humidity of 50 % to 70 YO. Other specific recommendations may be defined by the manufacturer 5 Sampling and the criteria for the acceptance of a lot The evaluation of a lot of textile glass yarn is based on the sam
、pling that is described in the standard EN IS0 1886 or IS0 2859-1. Except otherwise specified in part 3 of this european standard, this evaluation takes into consideration the acceptable quality level (AQL) of 1,5 % for the physical properties and 2,5 % for the visual properties. Other quality level
、s can be established for special applications. Depending on the circumstances, the control for the evaluation of a lot, may be either with a “normal“ inspection level (for the qualification of a product or in the case of problems), or with a “reduced“ inspection level, when a minimum of 3 successive
、 controls have given an acceptable result. The control must return to the “normal“ level if the result on a reduced inspection level is negative. In the context of this standard, the sampling by ATTRIBUTES is proposed. It is also possible to use control by variables. In which case, EN IS0 1886 or IS
、0 3951 should be consulted. Annex A includes two tables, one for normal control (EN IS0 1886) and the other for a type of reduced control (simple or double sampling)(lSO 2859-l), both of them with sampling by ATTRIBUTES. The acceptance of a lot must be judget for each property individually against i
、ts own AQL. The non- conformities are not cumulative between the different properties. Separate from the decision on the allowable level of observed defects for each property, the lot will be accepted providing the average obtained for each property in the group of elementary units controlled, confo
、rms to the limits given in table 1. For each type of test, reference should be made to the relevant standard for the type of conditioning required for the tests on the elementary units that are to be controlled.
