22、4 Introduction Thepurposeofaworkingscaffoldistoprovideasafeplaceofworkwithsafeaccesssuitablefortheworkbeing done.ThisEuropeanStandardsetsoutperformancerequirementsforworkingscaffolds.Thesearesubstantially independentofthematerialsofwhichthescaffoldismade.Thestandardisintendedtobeusedasthebasisfor en

Asanumberofoptionsaregiventosuitdifferentapplications,achoicehastobemadebetweenthevarious alternativeswithinthisEuropeanStandard.Allotherrequirementscouldbeinanassociatedjobspecification.
