Wherethefillholecoverissubjectedtomoresevereconditions,thedesigntemperaturerangeshallbe
32、extendedto 40Cor+70Casapplicable. 5.3 Latchingmechanism Thefillholecovershallbefittedwithdevice(s)whichshallprovidesecureclosingand,inordertoprevent uncontrolledopening,shallensurethatanypressuredifferentialbetweenthetankcompartmentandatmosphere shallberelievedsafelybeforethefillholecovercanbefullyo

Theclosingdevicemayincludesecondarylocking. 5.4 Materialsofconstruction Themanufacturershallprovidewiththeequipmentafullmaterialspecificationforthosepartsthatmaycomeinto contactwiththesubstancesspecifiedinthescope.Movablepartssuchascovers,closuresetc.whichareliableto comeintofrictionalorpercu
34、ssivecontactwithaluminiumshellsshallnotbemadeofunprotected,corrodiblesteel. 5.5 Dimensionalcharacteristics Theinternaldiameterofthefillholeshallnotbelessthan250mm. 41、ifthetankrolls ontoitsside.Thetestshallbecarriedoutonlyunderambientconditions. 6.3.3.1 Testapparatus Thedroptestapparatuscomprisesavesselhavingononesideamountingflangetowhichthedeviceundertest canbemounted.Itshallhavethefollowingcharacteristics: a) thedimensions,tolerancesandcharacteristicsofthedrop
