37、GeneralA linear shift invariant profile filter can be implemented as a weighted moving average with a constant weighting function, s(x), e.g. the Gaussian bell curve according to ISO 16610-21. Because the measured profile, z(x), is always finite, s(x) shall have a local support, l1 x l2, which is no
