11、 TO ADHESIVE SEEPAGE, Initial approval only Shall resist penetration or seepage of ESB-M2G55-A, Water Dispersion, Rubber Base Adhesive, and/or ESB-M2G149-A, High Heat Resistant Adhesive, through more than 25% of the original material thickness. In addition, there shall be no through “spot“ bleeding
12、in any area of the material. Test Method: Prepare a 305 x 305 mm X thickness of sample. Apply 15-20 g of ESB-M12G55-A or ESB-M12G149-A on the middle 305 x 305 mm of a 305 x 381 mm phosphate coated and primed steel panel. Each rod will have a 13 mm diameter and be securely fastened to a 305 x 305 mm masonite board. Place the assembly in a mechanical convection oven, maintained at 102 +/- 2
14、 C. Load the test panel with sufficient weight to compress the pad 50% over each of the three rods. The weight must be evenly distributed to give uniform compression. Examine the assembly for seepage after a 24 h period in the oven. 3.8 AIR FLOW RESISTANCE No evidence of fiber separation and/or dela
