SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an extreme pressure calcium complex and mineral oil grease with a molybdenum disulfide additive for high fr

3、ictional application. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for grease used for the lubrication of units requiring an extreme pressure grease, i.e., electric window regulators, and seat regulators. It is not recommended for applications on or near painted interior or exterior aut

4、omotive finishes. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 COMPOSITION 3.2.1 Calcium Complex Soap 7.0 - 10.0% (ASTM D 128) 3.2.2 Molybdenu

5、m Disulfide 7.0 - 10.0% (ASTM D 128) The molybdenum disulfide shall be at least 98% pure, and shall contain no harmful abrasives. It shall conform to the following: Screen Size % Retained, max U.
