15、 by this specification that have not beentreated, modified or reformulated and exceed a max burnrate of 76 mm per min as specified by the FlammabilityLot Sampling Plan of FLTM BN 24-2, must be evaluated forpermanency of the materials flame retardant propertiesper ESB-M25P3-A according to the acceler

17、ed or reformulated to conform to Flammability LotSampling Plan of FLTM BN 24-2, regardless of max burnrate, must be evaluated for both permanency ofmaterials flame retardant properties and changes inmechanical, chemical and physical properties per ESB-M25P3-A applicable to the basic materials catego
18、ry ofthis particular specification.3.5.3 Flammability Test ProgramMaterials, portions of components, and compositesgoverned by this specification must also comply with therequirements of ES-M3AB-11014-AA.3.6 SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBILITYMaterial supplied to this specification must be equivalent to thator
19、iginally approved. Changes in formulation or processing shallnot be made without prior approval as described in SupplierProcedure I- A.4. APPROVAL OF SUPPLIERSSuppliers to this specification must be approved by the affected productengineering office. Procedure for gaining approval of a specificmaterial to a new/existing ES-M specification is contained in SupplierProcedure I- A. Approved new suppliers will be added to the EngineeringMaterials Approved Source List.
