APPROVAL OF NEW SUPPLIERS: Materials submitted by new manufacturers to this Standard must have Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Laboratory and Shop Trial approvals. Suppliers are required to complete and submit the Material Health and Safety Data
6、 Sheet Form 1291, and the Environmental Data Sheet, Form 68-100, prior to Shop Trial. Recommendations for the addition of new manufacturers to the approved Manufacturing Approved Source List (ASL) must be made in writing to the responsible Manufacturing Staff Office by the appropriate Divisional Sta
7、ndards activity in accordance with Manufacturing Procedure IId1. 5. ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL: Use of any material approved to this Standard must comply with the guidelines as established in the environmental review of the material, as they appear in the Materials and Toxicology (MATS) System.
