APPLICATION This material is generally used as transmission clutch piston seal in automatic transmission. 3. REQUIREMENTS If not otherwis

3、e specified tests are to be carried out on slab stock. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 ORIGINAL PROPERTIES Hardness, Shore “A“ 80 - 90 (ASTM D 22

4、40) Tensile Strength, min 10.3 MN/m2(ASTM D 412) Tensile Stress at 50% Elongation, min 4.3 MN/m2(ASTM D 412) Elongation at Break, min 100% (ASTM D 412) 3.2 CHANGE AFTER AGEING IN HOT AIR 70 h at 150 +/- 2 C (ASTM D 865) Hardness Less than 92 Units Tensile Strength 0 to -15% Elongation at Break 0 to

Condition samples prior to cold test as follows: 1) As received. 2) Immerse samples in at least two approved automatic transmission fluids to specification SQ-M2C9007-AA having different additive packages, 70 h at 15

8、0 +/- 2 C (ASTM D 471). Test Method: Slab Stock - Bend samples around an also conditioned mandrel having an outside diameter of 25 mm. Materials must pass indicated test without cracking. 3.6 INFRARED SPECTROSCOPY The material shall have an infrared curve which corresponds to the master curve of the original approved sample.
