SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are one-comp

5、onent moisture curing urethane adhesives with a standard fix behavior (WSK-M2G379-A1, -A5), a fast fix behavior (WSK-M2G379-A3 and A6) due to cooling down to ambient temperature after application, a standard fix and non-conductive behavior (WSK-M2G379-A4), a low-conductive behavior (WSK-M2G379-A6 an

6、d A7) and a high shear modulus after complete curing (WSK-M2G379-A2,A6 and A7). 2. APPLICATION These specifications WSK-M2G379-A1 to -A4 were released originally for materials used for direct bonding of windshields, backlights and quarter windows in connection with adhesion promoter for glass accord

7、ing to WSK-M2G342-A and primer according to WSK-M2G343-A respectively WSK-M2G377-A1 or for bonding painted parts without any adhesion promoter or primer. The specification WSK-M2G379-A5 was released originally for material used for direct bonding of drop window glass to plastic brackets in connectio

8、n with adhesion promoter for glass according to WSK-M2G342-A and primer according to WSK-M2G377-A1 for plastic brackets. The application and assembling temperatures shall be as follows: WSK-M2G379-A1, A2, A4, A5: application at: 30 C, assembling at: ambient temperature ENGINEERING MATERIAL SPECIFICA

REQUIREM

10、ENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.4.1 Color Black 3.4.2 Solids, min (FLTM BV 150-10) WSK-M2G379-A1 95% WSK-M2G379-A2, A3

11、, A5 98% WSK-M2G379-A4 96% WSK-M2G379-A6, A7 95% 3.4.3 Ash, +/- 2% acc. to ISR (FLTM BV 150-10) WSK-M2G379-A6 28.6 +/- 2% WSK-M2G379-A7 22.8 +/- 2% 3.4.4 Viscosity acc. to ISR WSK-M2G379-A1, A2, A4, A5 at 23, 30 C WSK-M2G379-A3 at 40, 60 C WSK-M2G379-A6 5 - 13g/min, 4mm nozzle/ 4 bar at 23 C. WSK-M2

12、G379-A7 Ballan test method, 45 60g/min, 4mm nozzle/4 bar at 55 C All samples shall produce flow diagrams (including viscoelasticy) established by using rotational test equipment as Physica, Haake, Eprecht, Rheometrix, Mettler/Contraves etc. to identify specific characteristic of material. 14、aterial) 3.4.6 Resistance to Sagging, Flow, No flow/sagging blistering blisters or other deterious effects. Test Method: . Apply to 150 x 150 x 0.8 mm test panels prepared according to FLTM BI 103-02, B, centrally a bead of test material 100 in length, triangle form, 8 mm base, 10 mm height. . Mount

15、 test specimen vertically in a fixture with the long axis of the adhesive bead in horizontal position (see Fig. 3). . Immediately after application expose test assembly for 20 minutes in a mechanically convected air dry oven maintained at 110 +/- 2 C. . Investigate for failures. 3.4.7 Tack-Free Time

18、 Apply material under test into the test segment of shaping block (see Fig. 1) and store: a) at 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity, b) at 30 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity, c) at 15 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5 % relative humidity, and d) at 15 +/- 2 C and 20 +/- 5 % relative humidity. .

19、Evaluate curing rate within 24 hours depending on material thickness at different curing conditions by recording curing length starting from the end of thickness 10 x E8 ohm cm. 20、, LLC Page 6 of 8 3.5 QUALITY The material shall be of uniform quality, free from foreign materials and properties detrimental to normal production use, shall not cause excessive soiling of handlers in normal production use. 3.6 CURED MATERIAL PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES WSK-M2G379-A1 to A4: Parts and/or

21、 test samples prepared with materials according to these specifications shall meet all requirements of performance specifications WSK-M11P57-A1, -A2, -A3, -A4. WSK-M2G379-A5: Parts and/or test samples prepared with materials according to these specifications shall meet all requirements of performanc

22、e specifications. WSK-M11P57-A1, except clauses 3.5.3, 3.5.4, 3.7 and 3.8. Substrates for test samples are glass without ceramic and plastic according to Engineering Drawing. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements o

23、f these specifications. 5.1 SENSITIVITY TO ALCOHOL Caution - Slight traces of alcohol will inhibit the cure of this adhesive.
