SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a translucent polycarbonate film printed and/or painted on face and/or reverse side. The film may

3、 have a pressure sensitive adhesive on the reverse side. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for material used as instrument cluster dial. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, assemblies using this material shall meet all the requirements of the approp

4、riate assembly performance specification. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern and finish shall match t

5、he approved Design Center master sample or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.5 TEST SPECIMEN 3.5.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall be conducted on die cut specimens. 3.5.2 Thickness 0.25 +/- 0.03 mm (ISO 4593/ASTM D 374, Method C) 3.5.3 Den
