SCOPE a* 1.1 Scope. The equipment l

2、isted herein shall be an integrated assembly of Contractok-Furnished and Government -Furnished Equipment to facilitate detailed maintenance of AN/AWG-10 Missile Control System (MCS) at the Intermediate Level where a sidebench is available. AN/AWG-10 MCS Test Set, of and by itself, does not fulfill c

14、blications required by suppliers in connection with specific procurement functions should be obtained from the procuring activity or as directed by the contracting office (see 6.4). 3, REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Parts and Materials - In the selection of parts and materials, ful- fillment of major design objec

17、ectrical and environmental test. 3.1.1 Nonstandard Parts - Nonstandard parts and materials shall be as outlined in MIL-T-21200 Materials, Parts and Processes, except that mechanical parts shall be considered as nonstandard parts only when the material requirements of MIL-T-21200, as modified herein,

18、 are not met. 3.1.2 Tube Types and Semiconductors Types - The choice and application of electron tubes and semiconductor types used in the equipment shall be in accordance with MIL-T-21200 and MIL-STD-70 1. 3.1.3 Noncarrosive Hardware - External, Military Standard (MS) hard- ware which is used durin

I 3.2 Design and Construction - Unless otherwise specified herein or in the detail equipment specification, Contract0 r -Furnished Equipment (C FE) shall conform with all the requirements of MIL-H-15362 or MIL-T-21200 as applicable for desi

21、gn, construction, and workmanship. Furnished Equipment (GFE) shall conform to the applicable detail equipment specification. System Test Set shall not exceed 5,000 pounds. 3-2.1 Operational Stability - Unless otherwise specified in the individual equipment specification, the equipment shall operate

22、with satisfactory per - formance, continuously or intermittently, for a period of 24 hours without necessity for readjustment of any operator controls which are inaccessible to the operator during use. 42、the phase of the 3-phase, 400-Hz to be measured on the 400-Hz meter. Positions shall be marked A, B, and C, 3.4.1.6.3.3.2.4 Indication. The following monitors and indicating lights shall be provided on the front panel. (a) RADAR PHASE INDICATOR (400-Hz Phase Selector) - The Radar Phase Indicator sha

43、ll be a neon indicator light with a translucent white lens which shall show when the 3 -phase, 400 -Hz line voltage is connected in the proper phase sequence. (b) 400 CPS VOLTAGE (AC Voltage Monitor) - The AC Voltage Monitor shall be a voltmeter of 3 percent full scale accuracy which shall measure t

44、he MCS primary 400-Hz line voltage between 105 and 125V. (c) DC VOLTAGE (DC Voltage Monitor) - The DC Voltage Monitor shall be a voltmeter of 3 percent full scale accuracy which shall measure the primary dc line voltage between 22 and 31 Vdc. (d) ELAPSED TIME (Elapsed Time Indicator) - The Elapsed T
