3、ectronic library tool needs of the investigation and expectations versus delivery caused frustrations. IT issues became backlogged and personnel were frustrated when their issues with the key CM software and Board management tool were not addressed in a timely fashion.Lesson(s) Learned: Do not assum

4、e that a single CM/electronic library tool will meet needs of all investigation participants.Recommendation(s): a71 Preplan the capabilities needed and the current tools available to quickly and easily begin Board and Task Force operations. Widespread long-term buy-in and use by the investigation an

5、d support teams of a single on-line CM/electronic library capability for action tracking and document search & retrieval may not be attainable.a71 Test the interfacing capabilities of the tools annually.a71 Avoid unknown tools. 7、tartup and although less frequent later on, still were persistent. When these issues arose, everyones issue becomes priority 1, which is understandable but difficult to manage.
