IT issues became backlogged and personnel were frustrated when their issues with the key CM software and Board management tool were not addressed in a timely fashion.Lesson(s) Learned: Do not assum
4、e that a single CM/electronic library tool will meet needs of all investigation participants.Recommendation(s): a71 Preplan the capabilities needed and the current tools available to quickly and easily begin Board and Task Force operations. Widespread long-term buy-in and use by the investigation an
