Also, the mass properties should be managed by the Systems Engineering organization. In the beginning we did not hav

For this project, the mass properties were initially managed as a part of the Structural Mechanics function, and then later an attempt was made to manage this activity under the Test and Verification function. Finally, mass properties were m
