8、ve 11 messages. 12 2.4.4.3 Procedures 13 2.4.4.3.1 Structure of the BCMCS Flow Identifier 14 A BCMCSFlowID identifies each Broadcast-Multicast flow. The BCMCSFlowID may be 16, 15 24, or 32 bits long. The BCMCSFlowID consists of FlowDiscriminatorLength, Program ID, 16 and Flow Discriminator. The thre

9、e most significant bits of the BCMCSFlowID are called 17 FlowDiscriminatorLength, and indicate the length, in bits, of the Flow Discriminator, which 18 forms the least significant bits of the BCMCSFlowID. Figure 2.4.4.3.1-1 shows the 19 structure of the BCMCS Flow ID for an example where the BCMCSFl
