The guidelines are included in informative reference “ETSI TS 102 584; DVB-SH Implementation Guidelines, v.1.1.1”2. The referenced document describes the main features of
36、 the digital video broadcasting handheld devices specification for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting to handheld portable/mobile terminals. It identifies the technical questions which need to be answered when setting up services and networks, and it offers guidance in finding answers to the questi
