It identifies TIA standards in which functionalities and parameters shall be implemented in order to deliver digital video broadcasting for handheld devices compliant services. 4. In addition to receiving DVB-SH signals, DVB-SH systems and devices are capable of receiving DVB-H signals (as described in 2. 6. USE OF THE SYSTEM (INFORMATIVE) This

35、 section provides informative guidelines for the use and implementation of digital video broadcasting handheld devices standards. The guidelines are included in informative reference “ETSI TS 102 584; DVB-SH Implementation Guidelines, v.1.1.1”2. The referenced document describes the main features of

36、 the digital video broadcasting handheld devices specification for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting to handheld portable/mobile terminals. It identifies the technical questions which need to be answered when setting up services and networks, and it offers guidance in finding answers to the questi

37、ons. Specifically the informative reference addresses the following areas: a. An outline of the DVB-SH system including the main satellite, terrestrial or hybrid architectures. b.
