20、 comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la CEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes internationales.

27、ust and sand FOREWORD The IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions concerning standardi

28、zation in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work

29、. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising with the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations.

35、 lintrieur des enveloppes; b) la modification des caractristiques lectriques (par exemple, contact dfectueux, modification de la rsistance de contact, modification de la rsistance au chemine- ment); c) le grippage ou le mauvais fonctionnement des roulements, des essieux, des arbres et autres pices e

36、n mouvement; d) labrasion des surfaces (rosion); e) la contamination des surfaces optiques et la pollution des lubrifiants; f) lencrassement des ouvertures de ventilation, des manchons, des canalisations, des filtres, des ouvertures ncessaires au fonctionnement, etc. Diffrents essais ont t dfinis po

Cela conduit utiliser une mthodologie spciale pour chaque essai. 68-2-68 O IECz1994 -7- INTRODUCTION The tests described in this part of IEC 68-2 give information on effects for which the relevant specification may specify assessment criteria. Some of such effects are: a) ingress

39、 of dust into enclosures; b) change of electrical characteristics (for example, faulty contact, change of contact resistance, change of track resistance); c) seizure, or disturbance in motion of bearings, axles, shafts and other moving parts; d) surface abrasion (erosion); e) contamination of optica

40、l surfaces; contamination of lubricants; f) clogging of ventilating openings, bushings, pipes, filters, apertures necessary for operation etc. Different tests have been specified to consider diversified aspects which may be used to verify constructional integrity of electrotechnical products or to s

41、imulate the conditions of operation in service. 43、mthode La2 propose est quivalente lessai de poussire dcrit dans la CE1 529 (voir aussi lannexe A). 1 .l Domaine dapplication Cette partie de la CE1 68-2 spcifie des mthodes dessai pour dterminer les effets de la poussire et du sable en suspension dans lair sur des produits lectrotechniques. Les mtho

44、des dessai dcrites dans cette norme ne sont pas destines aux essais de filtres air. Seule la mthode Lc2 est approprie pour simuler les effets drosion de particules se dplaant vitesse leve (suprieure 100 m/s). 1.2 Description de lessai L Lessai de poussire et de sable est divis en trois groupes. La:

45、Lb: Lc : poussire fine non abrasive. Cet essai est principalement orient vers la recherche de ltanchit du spcimen en essai. Le spcimen en essai est expos a une poussire trs fine sous forme de talc ou son quivalent. Les effets provoqus par une variation de temprature se traduisant par une diffrence d

46、e pression entre lintrieur et lextrieur du spcimen peuvent tre reproduits. poussire en sdimentation libre. Cet essai est orient vers la recherche des effets de la poussiere et du sable lorsquon simule les conditions denvironnement existant dans les locaux abrits. Le spcimen dessai est expos une atmo

47、sphre faiblement charge en poussiere, cre par linjection intermittente dune petite quantit de poussire quon laisse se dposer par gravit sur le spcimen. insufflation de poussire et de sable. Cet essai est orient vers la recherche de ltanchit et des effets drosion lorsquon simule les conditions denvir

48、onnement existant a lextrieur et autour dun vhicule en mouvement.
