33、 de lensemble des comits lectrotechniques nationaux (Comits nationaux de la CEI). La CE1 a pour objet de favoriser la coopration internationale pour toutes les questions de normalisation dans les domaines de llectricit et de llectronique. A cet effet, la GEI, entre autres activits, publie des Normes

34、 internationales. Leur laboration est confie des comits dtudes, aux travaux desquels tout Comit national intress par le sujet trait peut participer. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non gouvernementales, en liaison avec la CEI, participent galement aux travaux. La CE1 collabore

35、 troitement avec lOrganisation Inter- nationale de Normalisation (ISO), selon des conditions fixes par accord entre les deux organisations. 2) Les dcisions ou accords officiels de la CE1 concernant les questions techniques reprsentent, dans la mesure du possible, un accord international sur les suje

36、ts tudis, tant donn que les Comits nationaux intresses sont reprsents dans chaque comit dtudes. 3) Les documents produits se prsentent sous la forme de recommandations internationales. Ils sont publis comme normes, spcifications techniques, rapports techniques ou guides et agrs comme tels par les Co

37、mi- ts nationaux. 4) Dans le but dencourager lunification internationale, les Comits nationaux de la CE1 sengagent a appliquer de facon transparente, dans toute la mesure possible, les Normes internationales de la CE1 dans leurs normes na- tionales et rgionales. Toute divergence entre la norme de la

38、 CE1 et la norme nationale ou rgionale corres- pondante doit tre indique en termes clairs dans cette dernire. 5) La CE1 na fix aucune procdure concernant le marquage comme indication dapprobation et sa responsabilit nest pas engage quand un matriel est dclar conforme a lune de ses normes. 6) Lattent

39、ion est attire sur le fait que certains des lments du prsent rapport technique peuvent faire lobjet de droits de proprit intellectuelle ou de droits analogues. La CE1 ne saurait tre tenue pour responsable de ne pas avoir identifi de tels droits de proprit et de ne pas avoir signal leur existence. La

40、 tche principale des comits dtudes de la CE1 est llaboration des Normes internationales. Toutefois, un comit dtudes peut proposer la publication dun rapport technique lorsquil a runi des donnes de nature diffrente de celles qui sont normalement publies comme Normes internationales, cela pouvant comp

41、rendre, par exemple, des informations sur ltat de la technique. Un rapport technique ne doit pas ncessairement tre rvis avant que les donnes quil contient ne soient plus juges valables ou utiles par le groupe de maintenance. 44、 worldwide organization for standardization comprising all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of the IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition t

45、o other activities, the IEC publishes International Standards. Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. International, governmental and non-governmental organizations liaising wit

46、h the IEC also participate in this preparation. The IEC collaborates closely with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in accordance with conditions determined by agreement between the two organizations. 2) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters expres

47、s, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the relevant subjects since each technical committee has representation from all interested National Committees. 3) The documents produced have the form of recommendations for international use and are published in the form of standa

48、rds, technical specifications, technical reports or guides and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 4) In order to promote international unification, IEC National Committees undertake to apply IEC International Standards transparently to the maximum extent possible in their na

49、tional and regional standards. Any divergence between the IEC Standard and the corresponding national or regional standard shall be clearly indicated in the latter. 5) The IEC provides no marking procedure to indicate its approval and cannot be rendered responsible for any equipment declared to be in conformity with one of its standards. 6)
