The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through I
8、SO technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates
9、closely with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization. International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2. The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards.
10、Draft International Standards adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote. In exceptional circumstances, when a technical committee has collected da

ISO/TR 27957:2008(E) iv ISO 2008 All rights reservedIntroduction The temperature sensitivity of dummy components has long been recognized. All dummies used for testing in accordan
14、ce with current test procedures have prescribed temperature ranges for certification and testing. However, the procedure for verifying dummy temperature can vary from one testing facility to another. To improve the comparability of test data between laboratories, it is considered necessary to define
15、 a single practice for the measurement of dummy temperature. This Technical Report proposes the number and the arrangement of the temperature measuring points in anthropomorphic test devices (ATDs). The proposal is based on several studies and is intended to ensure that the temperature of the ATD is
16、 in accordance with the temperature corridor prescribed by the applied test procedure.
