11、88/A1:1991 FOREWORD Following the decision taken by CENELEC Technical Committee TC 61F at their meeting in Brussels in November 1989, a proposal for an amendment to HD 400.2E S2 was submitted to the CENELEC Unique Acceptance Procedure (UAP) in February 1990. This draft was approved by CENELEC as ame

12、ndment Al to HD 400.2E S2 on 10 December 1990. The following dates were fixed: - latest date of announcement ?of the amendment at national level (doa) 1991-06-01 - latest date of publication of an amendment to the harmonized national standard (dop) 1991-12-01 - latest date of withdrawal of conflicti

13、ng national standards (daw) 1991-12-01 For products which have complied with HD 400.2E S2:1988 before 1991-12-01, as shown by the manufacturer or by a certification body, this previous standard may continue to apply for production until 1996-12-01. 7. HARKING 7.13 Addition : i- * For circular saws i

14、nstruction shall be given for informing whether the saw is intended for wood-working. In such a case the saw shall be accompanied by an instruction sheet stating how to connect the external collection equipment where applicable. 20. CONSTRUCTION 20.22 Addition: Circular saws intended for wood-working shall have either integral suction devices or a device which allows the connection of external collection equipment Compliance is checked by inspection.
