3、,主要内容有:总则、术语、基本规定、热(冷)电负荷、厂址选择、总体规划、主厂房布置、运煤系统、锅炉设备及系统、除灰渣系统、脱硫系统、脱硝系统、汽轮机设备及系统、水处理设备及系统、信息系统、仪表与控制、电气设备及系统、水工设施及系统、辅助及附属设施、建筑与结构、采暖通风与空气调节、环境保护和水土保持、劳动安全与职业卫生、消防。本规范修订的主要技术内容是:1.适用范围增加为高温高压及以下参数、单机容量小于125MW、采用直接燃烧方式、主要燃用固体化石燃料的火力发电厂设计;2.增加了脱硫系统、脱硝系统的技术内容;3.增加了信息系统、水土保持、消防的技术内容。本规范中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必
