Abstract This standard defines the detailed description of the air interface of Internet Code Division Multiple Access (I-CDMA). This volume describes all aspects of the of the air interface

20、 that exists between the Access Terminal (AT) and the Base Station Router (BSR). It covers the three lowest layers (physical layer, link layer and network layer) analogous to the OSI Network Layer model. It also satisfies the requirements for the radio and network aspects of Wireless Wideband InterN

21、et Access (WWINA) systems that are optimized for Internet data applications in low mobility (handoff) environments.
